A colorful Mexican experience
The Mexicana truffle is one of the most popular magic truffles of the moment and very suitable as a first introduction to a mushroom trip. The Mexicana is known as a mild strain, which is not to say that its magical effect should be underestimated. A truffle trip with the Mexicana is usually experienced as euphoric. A feeling of freedom where colors are perceived more intensely and light hallucinations can occur. A relaxed truffle trip can give you new insights into yourself or others.

What you need to know before using magic truffles
Magic truffles or mushrooms and magic mushrooms, such as the bald cap, contain the active ingredient psilocybin, a hallucinogenic compound from the tryptamine family. The strength and dosage is different per type and the individual sensitivity is also different per person.

If you are using sclerotia or magic truffles for the first time, it is best to take half a dose for a normal trip. If you have experience and want a stronger trip, take 10 to 15 grams of sclerotia. Do not eat beforehand, an empty stomach provides the best absorption and truffle effects. The magic truffles must be chewed well and for a long time and then swallowed. The taste is bitter and can sometimes cause nausea for the first hour. After about 45 minutes a truffle trip starts that can last up to 6 to 8 hours.

Make sure you are in a safe area. If you have little or no experience with a truffle trip, make sure there is a sober friend who takes his or her task seriously.

Truffles effects and warning
The effects of magic truffles vary from species to species and from person to person and are related to your state of mind and the environment you are in. Do not use magic truffles if you have mental problems such as depression, psychosis or anxiety disorders. Do not combine a magic truffle trip with medicines, alcohol or other drugs. Only use magic truffles when your mood is good and the environment is safe and familiar. Only for persons of 18 years and older. Do not use if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant or if you are breastfeeding.

Magic truffles are not party drugs and are not intended for minors. Don't drive and trip at the same time. Always start with a small dose and in an environment that is known to test your response to psilocybin. Never combine magic truffles with alcohol or other drugs.

Use magic truffles
Chew the magic truffles long before you swallow them. Make sure that your stomach is (almost) empty, with a full stomach the active substance is less well absorbed.

You can also make a tea and drink it, sweetened with honey. Let the magic truffles (cut into small pieces) steep for about 20 minutes on a low fire, in slightly boiling water, preferably not let the water bubble. Pour the boiled liquid through a sieve or coffee filter and, if necessary, let a bag of tea steep. Squeeze or press the truffle pieces as much as possible, you can throw away the remainder or eat it.

For a light trip and for inexperienced users, a dose of 5 to 9 grams is sufficient. 10 Gram Mexicana gives a mild trip with hallucinatory effects and with 15 grams Mexicana you make an intense visual trip along the sunny side of life. A Fiësta del Color that feels like a tropical vacation.
